bassinet sheets

Hi

this is the last post i promise of the things that i have made. i have made a some bassinet sheets. there is a lot of stuff to buy with a new baby and there in a bassinet for such a short time it made more sense to make them out of material that i already had rather than buy some

basket liners and dummy clip

hi.
One thing i have learnt about setting up my nursery is that you need lots of storage for little things to make it easier to organise.

But there is some easy ideas to make it a little more fun. I have made matching basket liners out of this fun material that i picked up at spotlight. I have aslo whippwd up this dummy clip with a few supplies you can get from spotlight and some stampin up grogran ribbion

Baby towel/burb rags

hi,
Here are some ideas to jazz up boring old nappies that you may use for face wshers or burbing rags when your out and about with your bub. I have made some with left over material and some hand towels that i got cheap enough from Big W and also some cloth nappies

Tummy time blankets

Hi,
These are great for either a cot quilt or I'm going to use them from tummy time blankets. Spotlight always have a great selection of cot panels with matching material for the back. I usually make one of these for my close friends who are expecting as they do end up costing about $50 to make but its about the personal touch . This years cot panels were just gorgeous and i had trouble picking what i wanted as they had more fun panels to pick from . Last year i remember it was very boy or girl orientated which made it hard if i had to make a blanket for someone who did not know what they are having (like me) but this year they had heaps more variety
These are the two i picked a Jungle theme and a Noah's ark theme
