Loving Melon Mambo


Hi Bloggers,
Just wanted to share some cards that i have made recently In my favorite in Color Melon Mambo.I'm so glad that this color is here to stay. I have time on my hands while i'm recovering from a Knee Reconstruction (Ouch i know). One thing i have done was create my Blog (yeah)
Both Cards i had the idea to use my sweet treat cups but i only have a limited supply so i tried the same technique one with a cup an one without.
One thing about me is i love butterflies and i love bling (glitter,rhinestones,brads you name it)


This first card was a thank you card i made especially for Rachel Jackson who is my SU demonstrator . She was kind enough to send me a get well card so what better way to thank her but with a card



Card Recipe: (all products are stampin' up unless otherwise specified)
Card Stock Melon Mambo, Very Vanilla, Basic Black
Embossing folder: Perfect Polka Dots
Ribbon: Melon mambo polka dot grosgrain
ink: Melon Mambo, Versamark
Punches: 1 3/4 Circle, Scallop Circle,Border Scallop trim, 1 1/2 " scallop circle(ek success) Beautiful Wings Embosslit
Brads: Pearl fastners(christina Re)
Stamps : Whimsical Words, Butterfly Prints
Rhinestones: kasiercraft
Embossing powder: non su white and Holographic


This next card i made for a baby shower i went to a few weeks ago for a work colleague She is having a girl so melon mambo was the perfect color to use . This time i put the butterfly in the sweet treat cup. It looked really cool
